THE PRICE OF AGRICULTURAL LAND IN BULGARIA – SELECTED FACTORS

Abstract
The main goal of the report is to build a model to highlight the significant factors affecting the price of agricultural land in Bulgaria. Panel data for 9 years and 25 districts were used. Fixed-effect panel regression and stepwise regression were applied. The empirical results prove that the price of agricultural land in Bulgaria, for the considered period, is influenced by: the relative share of households with access to the Internet, the length of first-class roads and the average annual salary of employed persons.
